PR's - (5K, 10K, ½, mara, Ultra) or proudest running accomplishment: I don't run as much as I would like to; competed in high school and was state champion cross country and track.Unfortunately because of injuries and time I can not be as dedicated to training for races as I would like.
Favorite training run: Love to do hills and trail running.
Why run - (motivation, inspiration): Running is my out, keeps me sane!

Best advice you've been given as a runner: Know your limits but push beyond them.
