Our background:
Quality Wise Knowledge Solutions, Inc (QWiKS) was founded in December 2004 by Yield Enhancement and Test Engineers to develop a revolutionary real-time technology for IC manufacturing process health control in the semiconductor fabrication industry. These PHM systems furnish real-time diagnostic report and rapid identification of incorrect fabrication processes using knowledge based system through the automation of the Wafer Electrical Test (WET). The PHM systems use a methodology that allows semiconductor manufacturers to use the first automated real-time Wafer Acceptance Test (WAT/WET) software that utilizes a knowledge-based diagnostic system, which in turn allows the semiconductor manufacturer to store and re-use the expert knowledge of WET failing characteristics and root causes. This knowledge will be retained in the company and not be lost when an employee leaves. PHM provides real-time diagnosis. It is a knowledge-based expert system and runs on UNIX and PC platforms. |
