In his own words: I never planned on going drag racing, it just...happened that way. I'd originally planned to go into the technical side of Formula 1. I was quite handy in a go-kart, as my laptimes proved, but at that time, I had no funding or interest in going further with it. Then I was invited to the NSRA Hot Rod Drags in 2002. So if you want to blame someone, Dale Giles...you've cost me lots of money Dale...

2010
- Compete in NFAA (Nostalgia Fuel Altered Association) championship.
- Finished runner-up at season opener (Easter Thunderball at Santa Pod Raceway).
- Converted to Keith Black Hemi based engine mid season.
- Still hold the 2nd quickest ET for an iron block nitromethane burning Chevy altered in drag racing history.

2009
- Competing in UK Nostalgia Fuel Altered Association.
- Competing in UK Supercharged Outlaws Championship.
- Best ET to date: 6.711/209.32mph
- Started as guest DJ at Nitro FM 96.2
- Awarded 'Most Impressive Debut 2009' at NFAA Awards Evening.
- Nominated for APIRA Iris Page Memorial Trophy.

2008
- Crew for Who Dares Wins NFAA Fuel Altered.
- Bassline event debuted June 2008.
- Bassline track debuted August 2008.
- Finished 10th overall in UK Supercharged Outlaws Series (only one points event attended).
- Youngest Nostalgia Top Fuel dragster driver in history.
- Youngest Nostalgia Top Fuel dragster owner in history.
- First Big Block Chevy to be run on Nitromethane in a Front Engine Dragster, in Europe (confirmation needed).
- Test runs only, best 60ft time 1.28 seconds.

2007 
- Crew for Who Dares Wins NFAA Fuel Altered. Licensing passes only.

2006
- Crew for B&J Racecars Nostalgia Top Fuel Dragster.
- Crew for Matt Wright's Street Eliminator Chevy Pickup.
- Bassline Chassis fabrication started.

2005
- Crew for Mark Pointer, Thing Fordson van.
- Crew for B&J Racecars Nostalgia Top Fuel Dragster. Best ET 6.92/182.99mph.

2004
- Colour Commentator for Outlaw Anglia, at Shakespeare County Raceway.
- Crew for 2 Outlaw Anglia race cars.

2003
- Workshop experience at Carter Motorsport. First race car bought - 1923 Ford Model T bodied altered, setup for a BBC and Powerglide. Later sold to fund house move.

2002
- First event as spectator, as guest of Dale Giles
